Privacy notice
This starter privacy notice explains how WhenWines demo pages collect visitor and tasting information for winery follow-up, as well as contact details submitted through product and pilot enquiries. It is MVP/pilot content and should be reviewed before production use.
Information collected
Public forms may ask for your name, phone, email, preferred language, visit interests, tasting ratings, favorites, notes, and consent choices.
Why wineries use it
Wineries use this information to respond to enquiries, manage visit capacity, personalize follow-up, and keep guest records accurate.
Consent and marketing preferences
Marketing opt-in is optional. Privacy acceptance confirms the winery may use your details to handle your enquiry or tasting feedback.
Winery discovery and research
WhenWines collects winery operational research answers to understand visitor-request, tasting, and follow-up workflows. If you separately allow research follow-up or ask to hear about pilot opportunities, we also collect the contact details you provide for those purposes. These two permissions are recorded separately, and contact details are optional unless you select either permission.
Correction or deletion
For guest or visit data, contact the winery team to request correction, export, or deletion. For winery discovery research data, contact the WhenWines project team.
